DUAL MATE/COMBO GUN  - A versatile insemination gun that will seat both 1/2cc and 1/4cc straws with ease. Standard 18 inch length O-ring-style A.I. gun. Designed to be used in conjunction with an 18 inch sheath that will seat straws (such as our green insert sheath or 18 inch Stip-tip sheath).

 Sheaths

• ORing w/out adaptor (insert)
• ORing w/green adapter (for ½ cc & ¼ cc straws)
• ORing w/adaptor individually wrapped (we don’t sell many of these) (for ½ cc & ¼ cc straws)
• Twist w/blue adapter (for ½ cc, ¼ cc straws and dual gun)
• Twist w/blue adapter individually wrapped (we don’t sell many of these) (for ½ cc, ¼ cc straws and dual gun)

Most people prefer the twist guns.  O-Ring guns are what people might call “old style”, they were the first ones.

The insert, plug, or adapter (whatever you want to call it, everyone calls it something different) is there so you can place the cut semen straw directly into the sheath and then into the gun. There is less waste with a “insert”.

You don’t have to use the insert unless you are using 1/4cc straws and then you have to use them

Twist sheaths only come with the insert.
