Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items within 7 days for a prompt refund  (Factory restocking fee of 20% may apply - but if, for instance, you made an honest mistake and bought the wrong size, I will work with factory to get that fee waived if possible) . Items must be unused and packaged in the original box with all packing materials.  Refunds for items returned within seven days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for any and all costs to return the items.  You must obtain an RMA from us prior to returning item(s). Any item shipped back to the factory or to our office will not be refunded without prior authorization and an RMA.

In addition, with regard to shipping and storing semen.  You are responsible for insuring your vapor and storage tanks and the product inside as well as insuring any semen shipments using MVE/CHART tanks. 

We are not responsible for loss of product during shipments or storage.  Although your tank my hold a large number of straws, consider shipping valuable semen in several tanks instead of just one in the event of shipping damage by your carrier of choice.

Again, we assume no responsibility for any damages caused by the shipping carrier or any lost of product during shipment.
